Cesar was referred to us by some very good friends of ours. They spoke of him highly so my husband and I reached out to him when buying our first home. He responded back to us immediately. He looked with us every weekend and sometimes during the week for 7 months to help us find a home that we loved. He always answered our questions openly and honestly. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying process. He let us know what he would do in our situation, whether it is was considering making an offer to making an actual offer. If we were uncomfortable with the way something was going we would let him know and we were able to take a different path. He always let us see properties that we choose, which we enjoyed because we never felt pressured by him to look at something that we weren't interested.
