Sarah recently helped me and my husband purchase our first condo in San Diego.A From start to finish, Sarah made sure we were well taken care of.A The whole process began with an initial meeting, where we were able to voice some of our interests and learn what to expect.A Even though were were just looking for a condo, Sarah made us feel like we were a top priority.A From responding to late-night texts and even to last minute requests, Sarah always responded promptly and helped us see places we liked as soon as possible.A As first-time home buyers, Sarah patiently guided us through what can become a very stressful and frustrating experience. Before we finally purchased our current home, we had actually placed an offer on another unit.A The offer was accepted (after some strategic negotiating by Sarah), but unfortunately fell through when the sellers backed out in the middle of escrow. We were disappointed to say the least, but Sarah handled the somewhat unprecedented situation with ease.A It became clear she was not only our real estate agent, but also our personal advocate, who made sure the contract was ultimately cancelled on mutually agreeable terms.A When they say "everything happens for a reason," believe it.A Even though we were crushed at losing our first condo, it all made sense when we went to see our current home. We were told from the outset that there were other offers on the table.A Sarah helped us put together a competitive, but fair offer.A During the course of negotiations, she had frequent discussions with the seller's agent to try and get information that might give us an edge. Of note, when we were placing our "best and final" offer on the place, we wanted it so badly we were willing to offer above asking price.A To our surprise, Sarah actually told us we should notA offer that much since she thought a lower amount would suffice (imagine that, a real estate agent telling you to offer less!).A It made us nervous, but in the end she was right.A Our final offer was accepted (at significantly less than we were willing to pay, too!), and that time we were able to close without any major issues.A With all that said, we were very glad we went to Sarah for help buying our first home. If and when the time comes for us to sell and purchase a new place, we would gladly return. Sarah is surrounded by a great team as well, which offers additional insight and expertise. She is incredibly knowledgeable in what she does and will help you find your dream home.

Just need to start by saying it is extremely challenging to find a realtor especially in such a crowded Market with all of them making promises that it's hard to believe any of them would possibly be able to keep. My wife and I worked with Sarah Lane last year in order to find and ultimately purchase our new family home for our family of 6. This was made all the more difficult by the fact that we really were racing the clock as my wife was 6 months pregnant and we were trying to avoid nesting at a current home that was already in escrow to be sold so to say the deck was stacked against us was bit of an understatement. But Sarah's experience and calmness and support helping us to find homes that were exactly what my family needed and helped us negotiate with the other agents and ultimately with some combative sellers was really what made our experience stand out and one that's going to keep us coming back to Sarah Lane for all of our real estate needs in the future.

Joseph has managed several of my properties for nearly four years, as well has acting as a sales agent for me. I have always felt I could rely on his judgement and abilities. I've used a few property managers over the years and far and away Joseph has been the best one that I've worked with. He has done an outstanding job in dealing with tenants to both meet their expectations and not allow them to become unreasonable. He was able to get the best possible lease terms for me also, even when he had to deal with tenants I consider to be difficult.Recently, he helped me in the sale of a condo that included getting renovation work done before the sale. Joseph listened to what I wanted to have done and provided useful advice and coordination of the tasks. We had a successful sale that came in at full asking price and within only a few days of listing. I could not have possibly done that without Joseph's efforts. He went beyond what most agents and managers would be willing to do.He has sole two properties for me at this point and I've be very satisfied with the maximization of necessary fix up work he help arrange as well as the sale prices we were able to recoup.He continues to manage some of my other properties and I will be using him again for future sales. He is someone I can count on and that is hard to find.
