Kristina was referred to me with regard to selling an estate property. She came to me with a glowing recommending regarding work she had done assisting in the sale and purchase of two properties. From day one of working with Kristina it was clear her level of expertise in the industry. The property I was selling had been neglected and required a trained eye to come in an and quickly evaluate the needs for making it saleable. Kristina was a true team player in initially advising about possible approaches for me to take to insure a good sale while still being conscious of trying to elicit the maximum profit available. She also through her vast network of contractors was able to refer professionals to me to be able to do the work that needed to be done. To a person, the contractors she referred were by far the most qualified contractors I have worked with. They all spoke highly of Kristina, and I would absolutely use them on my own home. While guiding me to get the home ready was invaluable, the ultimate value was in Kristinas ability to get the listing out to a vast number of people through what turned out to be an incredible network of platforms. We had multiple showings the same day it listed. The house sold at list three days after going on the market. Without question in my mind due to the impeccable status the house was in due to the foresight of Kristina knowing what needed to be done to sell the home. Throughout the entire process I was in constant contact with Kristina who was in contact with the buyers agent and estate attorneys, handling logistics and passing all relevant information to me. Having watched a home I tried to sell previously languish on the market for weeks, and seeing the different approach with my estate property, it is clear the impact of a highly experienced, professional agent.
