Frances was highly recommended to us by friends in the military community and we could soon see why. We had recently moved back to the area from overseas and were hoping to find a place quickly so that we could enroll our kids back into school. Frances listened to all of our wants and needs in a new home and quickly scheduled two days absolutely full of viewings. Luckily, we found our new home on the first day and put in an offer around 10 p.m. that night. Yes, you read that right...it was a late night for everyone. During the entire duration of the purchasing process, she was accessible every time we had any concerns or questions, which was often. Fortunate for us, she is patient and always has a positive attitude, even on those late nights. When any problems arose, she worked her magic to quickly put everything back on a smooth path to closing. She, also, often went above and beyond, even scheduling services for us, such as pressure washing and obtaining an estimate for painting the interior of our then soon to be new home. If we mentioned any ideas for changes or work we would like done to our home or property, she had a list of trusted contractors to help make those ideas reality. Frances has been amazing to work with from first contact through closing, and even now, one month later. You can tell she truly cares about her clients.
