We purchased our house in July 2013, right about the time that the housing market was changing. We started our search in Jan 2013 with the knowledge of the past few years of the housing down-turn and the attitude that we will get a spectacular deal because of it. When we eventually made an offer on our property, the market was very different; the so called buyer's market was becoming a seller's market.We met Frances and her team for the first time in late Feb. She told us that she would help us find a place within 6 months. She was wrong...by 2 months...we found a house 4 months and closed on it 5 months after meeting her. Based on what I was reading/hearing and the discussions that I had with fellow buyers, I feel that there is no doubt that we got the house we wanted because of the hard work and professionalism of Trinity Realty. We competed with multiple other buyers for our house. Frances and her team made the difference; we had Trinity on our side, they did not.Frances, Robert, and Natalie were professional, caring, smart, competent, and a joy to work with. They are good people. That is one of the best compliments I can give to someone. Buying a house is very stressful and a huge decision. A good realtor can make all the difference in the world. Frances takes this responsibility very seriously. We strongly recommend Frances and her team to any potential buyer.

I was referred to Frances from a good friend of mine. I was working with another agent prior to meeting Frances and that agent wasn't doing all she could to help me find a home. That agent rarely sent me listing updates and it seemed as though I was inconviencing her when I would contact her regarding a property I was interested in viewing.I gave Frances a call and I informed her of my position and within the hour, she had emailed me several listings in my price range and the areas I was interested in. I was humbled at the attention Frances was giving me. Frances emailed me and sent me a text, which stated that she found a few properties I might be interested in viewing. I immeditely responded and asked her if we could view a couple of the homes. She made some phone calls and we were walking through the properties that same day. One of the houses was in a great neighborhood. A neighborhood I had always dreamed of living in, however, the property was a short sale and that frightened us. Frances told us not to worry and patiently explained the whole process of negotiating and purchasing a short sale home. With her expert advice, we submitted an offer on the home. The offer was accepted and we moved onto the escrow phase of buying this home. Frances walked us through the whole process and was so patient with us. She gave us countless updates throughout the process and was always available to answer any questions we had. Not only was she available, her assistant was very friendly and knowledgable and always a phone call or e-mail away. We closed escrow a couple of weeks ago, and we could not have done it without the assistance and knowledge of this awesome agent. If you are looking to purchase a home and need an agent to represent you, I highly recommend that you give Frances a call.

Frances was professional throughout this process. We knew it was a difficult time of year to sell, but she helped us through the process every step of the way. We trusted her on every level of the sale transaction. As far as we know everything worked out nicely. We were extremely impressed that all three closings happened one right after the other! Her office staff was absolutely awesome! Assertive and to the point, Natalie answered all of my questions and did so professionally! We were very pleased with the outcome. We hope our buyers have many happy memories as we did. We loved our home, but realized it was time to down-size once our adult daughters moved out. It was quite a challenge accepting that fact. We were sad to leave as the home, but Frances made that transition easier. We would highly recommend Frances and her Trinity Real Estate to anyone we know.
