I met Carlos and his friend and associate Mike aEURoeTiggyaEUR? Telegdy in a house that I was interested in that I found on Zillow the day after I had been given the runaround by another local real estate agent. Upon entering the residence I was interested in we all immediately looked at each other and knew that this just wasnt for me. At that time Carlos recommended a couple of other properties that he might have for me. I informed him that I would have to be leaving town that night for a doctors appointment that I had in New York. He told me that he would send me a video of one house that he thought I might be really interested in . That evening he did. The next day my brother, who lives in the area, represented me and toured a few houses with Carlos and Mike and ultimately we found the one that we purchased. Carlos and Mike both have a wealth of knowledge of the area as theyre long time residents. They were very easy to talk to and had common interests along with I and my wife Kim. They were able to set me up with a aces of a mortgage broker, Home inspector and any other issues that I may have asked about . I would without a doubt and no hesitation recommend Carlos and Mike and probably anybody else on his team if they are anything like they are. Truly a great experience in something that could be a very stressful experience.

I do not ever write reviews about anyone or anything, however, I feel compelled to write a review about my experience with Realtor Carlos Dezza. I have worked with multiple realtors as a contractor in my lifetime rehabbing houses in a different state. When I decided to relocate to Florida I needed a knowledgeable realtor to assist me in finding a home. My wife and I worked with several realtors and became frustrated with their lack of understanding of our needs. We then met Carlos and were immediately impressed with his professionalism and attentiveness. He responded to our phone calls and needs immediately. He listened and demonstrated an understanding of our requirements and concerns for finding a home. He directed us to properties that matched those requirements. We found a house that was perfect but it had multiple offers. Carlos used his excellent negotiating skills enabling us to acquire this home. He assisted us with completing several necessary processes and details above and beyond what was professionally required of him. Carlos continued to assist us, upon our request, even after the settlement was completed. I would highly recommend Carlos Dezza for his professionalism, knowledge, attentiveness and demonstrated genuine concerns.
