He is truthful with his answers when questioned on certain issues in the area or the prospective houses I looked at. I met Carlos and his friend and associate Mike aEURoeTiggyaEUR? Telegdy in a house that I was interested in that I found on Zillow the day after I had been given the runaround by another local real estate agent. Upon entering the residence I was interested in we all immediately looked at each other and knew that this just wasnt for me. At that time Carlos recommended a couple of other properties that he might have for me. I informed him that I would have to be leaving town that night for a doctors appointment that I had in New York. He told me that he would send me a video of one house that he thought I might be really interested in . That evening he did. The next day my brother, who lives in the area, represented me and toured a few houses with Carlos and Mike and ultimately we found the one that we purchased. Carlos and Mike both have a wealth of knowledge of the area as theyre long time residents. They were very easy to talk to and had common interests along with I and my wife Kim. They were able to set me up with a aces of a mortgage broker, Home inspector and any other issues that I may have asked about . I would without a doubt and no hesitation recommend Carlos and Mike and probably anybody else on his team if they are anything like they are. Truly a great experience in something that could be a very stressful experience.
