Karla was recommended to my wife and I through my wife?s brother who used Karla to purchase a home in the same area. Karla was extremely friendly and professional. Karla went out of her way to help us get what we were looking for, in fact Karla was the one who found the home we bought. Karla by checking newly listed homes called us right away (even though it was her off hours bc as fast as homes were listed they were being sold) and we were able to purchase the home. We are from New York and Karla went to the home and gave us a virtual tour (twice) of the home and was able to help us hold the home until we were able to come down to Florida, view it and put an official binder down on the home. Karla also helped my wife during and after closing to navigate the utilities and turnover of the home to her. ( I wasn?t able to be present for the closing). I would/will recommend Karla to anyone looking to buy a Florida home. I Can?t thank Karla enough for all her hard work and friendliness.
