Wayne was exactly what I hoped for in an agent.Quick to reply, if he didn't know the answer to a question, he would let me know that he was looking into it, and was always timely in getting the answer.Excellent communication skills. A certain finesse is needed when dealing with lenders, inspectors, underwriters, sellers /buyers agents, appraisers, sellers and buyers even. Wayne was never rude, or impolite, even when he had cause to be ( believe me, there were times he would have been justified.) I was impressed with his demeanor. Professional, never felt uncomfortable when meeting him at the houses to look around. Always dressed and behaving in a manner I would expect ( and I have high expectations)Good listener, he paid attention to the things I liked or disliked in a home, and set up showing accordingly. He asked questions to make sure he was understanding my wants and needs in a house.Works well with others ( meaning me) I wanted to be involved, probably more so than most, in the buying process. I did a lot of looking on my own, and he was patient and willing to let me be as involved as I wanted, even when it caused him inconvenience, he never made me feel like a nuisance. I can't imagine how frustrating it would be to have someone come behind you and double check everything, but he was gracious and let me do what I need to feel comfortable. And needless to say, I was never disappointed. He was always spot on, I felt kinda silly at the end that I second guessed so much. He never made me feel silly.Buying and selling a home can be a stressful process, but having someone in your corner who is level headed, respectful, and a hard worker, will always be your best bet. You won't regret having Wayne Wheeler and the Tracy Holt group represent you. They are very knowledgeable, and Wayne is backed with the years of experience and resources the Tracy Holt group provides.I absolutely love my new home, and I will never use another Realty company. Thank you for not making me feel like a payday, for patiently guiding me through this journey of buying my home.
