We were referred to Ali from an online interest in a property in Eastern Washington. She was patched through to us by the online service, and immediately made an appointment to take us on a FaceTime tour of the property we were interested in, as we lived out of state. She took us on a tour the next day, very thorough, showed us the street/neighborhood, and even drove around to a couple more homes for sale in the area to show us while we were on the phone. She also promptly set us up on her automated email that sent us new listings in our price range every time a new one hit the market, which was super helpful. We made an offer, which she stayed on top of in a very competitive market. Long story short, we got outbid by about $30K, but she kept us up-to-date on what was happening the entire time. She even responded to my call while she was out celebrating her own birthday. We ended up interested in another property just over the state line in Idaho, so she recommended another wonderful colleague who ended up securing the purchase on that house, and we closed successfully. Ali checked back in during that process to make sure we were being taken care of. She is a very sincere, hard-working realtor who definitely stays on top of the situation and genuinely cares about her customers. I highly recommend her.

I?ve bought and sold six homes in my life, and Cassie was by far the best Realtor I?ve used. She communicated every important detail to me while getting the house ready to list, listing it and doing its showings. After I moved out to start my new life on the East coast, she frequently checked on the security of the house, facilitated junk removal for me (and did some junk removal herself too!), and provided access to the home for repairmen and professional house cleaners until it closed. She even set up most of these needed home services for me so I could focus on starting my new job. Beyond her enthusiasm for my Victorian home that led to a beautifully written listing description, Cassie gave solid advice when it came time to review offers to ensure I wasn?t taking any unnecessary risks. Selling a home can be an emotional event, and doing it while going through a divorce, moving across the country, starting a new job, and dealing with a pandemic is not something I would normally recommend, but having Cassie as my Realtor made the entire home-selling process so easy. I don?t know how it could have gone any better. I highly recommend Cassie and her team for any of your real estate needs.
