Nancy helped us tremendously! She was there every step of the way. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were terrified to even start, but she connected us to the important resources. She helped us go to a first time homebuyer seminar, then even took us to the house (that we have now closed) even though I did not ask her! She went above and beyond to look for a specific house based on our price range, needs, and preferences! She was really good at communicating with us. She was very quick to respond and clearly told us what we need and what we need to know. Over time, she made buying a house seem a lot less daunting. It really felt that she cared about us and not just sell us any house just for the money. Even more, she directly worked with the lender and helped us understand that side of the process.
