Lea Williams is utterly on top of her game. She knows all aspects of real estate. She not only helped my husband and me with the sale of our home, but she was able to find us a new home to our liking, all within a ridiculously short period of time. She was even helpful after the sale with such things as utility company info, water, sewer, etc. She had everything laid out for us. Lea works virtually nonstop. If I emailed her at night, she would email me back before I was up. And if I texted her in the morning, she responded shortly thereafter. Had she not responded to me immediately, we would not now be living in our new home. I kept wondering how anyone can work seemingly every day of the week. I particularly liked the way Lea was able to keep a level head when I was anxious. Her guidance was always helpful. If Lea Williams is not the number one realtor in Kootenai County now, she will be. She is a professional and it shows.

I interviewed five realtors in the Coeur d' Alene area before listing with Lea Williams. From the very first phone call she was responsive and kept in touch with me over a two year period before I was actually ready to list my home. Once listed, her follow up and prompt return of information to all of my questions and concerns was greatly appreciated throughout the entire process. The home came with some challenges from a selling perspective and Lea worked through all of the details with me and her advice was always on target for current market conditions. Her knowledge of pricing for lake property was invaluable and the house sold and closed in two months. Lea would get a SIX star rating (if it was an option) from me and I will highly recommend her to anyone looking for a savvy realtor with expertise and integrity who will also make the selling process a good experience.
