John and Lea are the best if you are trying to find a home in Northern Idaho. For us, they helped us buy a home on a pretty short timeline. That means they were willing to adjust and accommodate multiple home visits so we could land on the right place. Since we were out of the area, they helped us understand a wide variety of possible neighborhoods that fit our rather broad criteria. We recently sold a condominium in CdA using Lea. She was extremely familiar with current market conditions and provided valuable input as to pricing. She organized and supervised all still photography, virtual walk-through photography and marketing materials. Lea was personally present at all showings to give us valuable peace of mind. Best of all, she kept us fully informed every step of the way. She told us of upcoming showings, communicated with us after every showing, and followed up with other agents and brokers who saw our property or who had questions. She was present when escrow papers were signed, stayed in touch with escrow personnel and kept us fully apprised of relevant time-lines.
