And when it comes to real estate, there are very many facets. Buying and selling a home is an incredibly trying (rewarding, too) experience and the services of an incredibly talented, savvy, strategic, energetic and compassionate real estate agent are outcome determinative - making or breaking situations but also making it enjoyable and positive or not. With Tom, you have it all. Not only is he supremely skilled and knowledgeable, but he cares deeply, like family. He's the voice of reason when necessary, of encouragement at others, often of patience, whatever is needed to get the job done. He never wavers or loses sight of the end goal, even when buying the perfect home seems nearly impossible. Finally, he has phenomenal relationships with everyone in the field (including other agents), which is critical to success.If you have the privilege of working with Tom, like I did for almost a year, you will consider yourself lucky and fortunate to have him by your side - like I did and always will.I would be happy to answer further questions, if anyone should have any, but there's only one choice, as far as I'm concerned and that's Tom. We have known Tom for more than 10 years. He was the realtor on my brothers house back in 2011 and we have always stayed in touch, even after the escrow closed. When it came time for me to purchase my first home, I reached out to Tom. I really cant say enough good things about him. Tom is an AWESOME agent! He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). Tom guided us through the entire process, from scheduling showings to coordinating the inspections and paperwork. He patiently answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly and made us feel comfortable with the whole process. He was always available whenever we needed to talk and very flexible at meeting us short notice when a property, we were interested in came onto the market. The best part about working with Tom was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. Also important to me was the fact that he put absolutely no pressure on us and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental manner, and was unfazed by the several offers we put on houses we liked until we found the one that we bought. As a matter of fact, Toms knowledge of the market and his contacts were tremendously invaluable in our search and, ultimately, helped us find our dream home and beat out multiple offers. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Tom made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We couldnt be more thankful for all his help.
