Peter is extremely knowledgeable in the local real estate market. He explained to me what my budget could get in the area of interest. When I was ready to make an offer, Peter contacted the seller's agent on multiple occasions to understand their willingness to work with us and discussed with me how we could make our offer more competitive. After we made the offer, Peter followed up with the seller's agent constantly and gave me daily updates. Throughout escrow, Peter was still very helpful and always tried to find answers to my many questions even though some of them related to loan and escrow documents. Among Peter's qualities, I appreciated his being accommodating the most. I told Peter that I would like to put an offer on a Sunday evening thinking that he would draft the offer sometime on Monday. To my surprise, Peter worked on the offer the same night and had the documents ready for my signature. He explained to me that he needed a sense of emergency in this business to ensure that the buyers could have the best chance of getting an offer accepted. Needless to say, my offer was accepted thanks to Peter's diligence and now I own a beautiful home. I would most definitely recommend Peter to anyone who would like a headache-free house sale/purchase process.

My wife and I were very fortunate to be paired with Sevada for our first home buying experience. When we first arrived at the property to see the unit, Sevada was very prompt and professional. He was able to give us a lot of information about the city and the specific area we were looking into. He was very upfront and honest about the Glendale market and how quickly properties can go, but he was not pushy or gave us any pressure whatsoever to make a decision right away. He made sure to stress he was available at any time for any questions. When we did decide to make an offer, he was extremely diligent to keep in contact with the selling agent, loan officer, and escrow to make sure everything went smoothly. He updated us consistently during the entire process to make sure we were aware of where things stood. Overall (especially as first time home buyers), Sevada's professionalism, attentiveness, and expertise made our home buying experience a seamless one. We couldn't thank him more! If able, we would definitely rely on him for any other real estate needs.
