We worked with Stu Burk (Cindy Schneiders Associate) and he was fabulous. He helped us buy our home and then helped us sell the home we had moved out of. He was a pleasure to look at houses with and was good at accommodating our schedules but more importantly, he was really good at what he did. First, it was very clear that he really listened and truly wanted to get us a home that we would be happy with in the long term. He took the time to look at many homes with us. We were thankful that he was knowledgeable about renovations and Fairfax County odes so that he could point out the good and bad in each property and wanted us to have all the information to make an educated decision. He was also very good at explaining each step of the process and helped us with negotiations every step of the way. We found the retirement home we were looking for at a great price in an area we love. We are thrilled. Then selling our home, he knew exactly what needed to be fixed and what didnt need attention. He even had an array of contractors that I hired that were a wonderful price and did great work. Again his knowledge of pricing and negotiations came in handy. We were able to fix up our home in a matter of weeks, it was under contract the second day on the market for more than we ever dreamed it would make and closed in less than a month. We are so thankful for all of Stus heartfelt work on our behalf. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Upon our first meeting, Jason did a walk through of our condo, giving suggestions and feedback and on he thought would get the property sold. Afterwards, he went over comparables in the area and gave a suggested list price. He also gave lots of great suggestions on contacts to get our property upgraded. We were going to replace all carpets throughout and he suggested we reach out to his carpet cleaners (our carpets were still in good, plush condition, just stained in the high traffic areas). After the guys came and revitalized our carpets, we knew Jason was honest and knowledgeable on how to get a home aEURoelist readyaEUR?, without breaking the bank. We didnt list right away because we wanted to coordinate the sale of our home with the purchase of our new home (in another state). We didnt think it would happen so quickly but after about a month or two, we found our new forever home. Jason quickly got the process moving and listed in a matter of days. We listed on a Friday afternoon and immediately saw tons of interest, including an offer. He advised us on our options and his recommendations (we went with his recommendation) and by Sunday evening after he spent his evening negotiating for us on several offers, we went under contract for more than asking price! And even got us free rent back. We were very nervous about the selling process and Jason made it so smooth. He was also very responsive, whether it was email or text.

We worked with Jason Schneider when purchasing our new home about two months ago and we had a great experience with him. He grew up in this area so he was very familiar with the neighborhoods and school systems. Having kids, these were our top priorities. He was not pushie and seemed genuine, which matched our style. He was very honest with us in dealing with transactions or things to watch out for and we really appreciate that type of personality. We ended up going back to him to sell another property just last week. He actually gave us really good pointers of what buyers were looking for and pricing and it ended up saving us a good chunk of change. A nice service they have is a weekly email system that gives you the stats on your property. It tells you the number of showings, feed back from the viewers and more. Its good to keep you informed of whats going on. Overall, we had a great experience with Jason and would be likely to use him again.
