I worked with Robert Bradshaw in selling our townhome and had a wonderful experience. We had listed our home this past summer with another agency and the experience with the realtor and agency was not a very good one, hence it was a big reason we took the house off the market and decided to re-try again at a later date. Robert really made a difference in how I felt during the whole transaction. From showing up and meeting with my husband and I, to negotiations with the buyers, and the closing, he was a professional all around. He made me feel at ease and decreased my anxiety level given our situation with moving, two small children, one on the way, etc. It was also a pleasure to deal with Tom and Cindys entire team. At no point did I ever feel like I needed to remind someone to do their job whereas Robert was always keeping me updated on the whole situation. It was so nice to deal with a one stop shop agency. Lastly, all of Roberts recommendations, from the handyman to plumber to the moving company, I was very impressed and happy with their work/attitude. Tom and Cindy are very fortunate to have an associate as dedicated and professional as Robert. I would definitely recommend him to any friend for future referrals!
