My husband and I met Daniel Wassink September 2018 and during our first conversation everything was about US and what WE wanted. He explained to us how the market worked, what to look out for and how to make the best purchasing decision. Even when we took some time off searching to save up he kept us informed. When we were ready to resume our search he was always a call/text away. We spammed him with so many homes that we were excited to see and he was always so open with his schedule in order to take us to view the homes. During the negotiation process he always fought for us. He got us out of an escrow that was going to be a lemon when he could have easily convinced us to stay. When we finally found THE ONE he still turned over every stone and opened every single door to make sure that it was a home worth buying. Most importantly, his character and attitude was the defining factor of why the sellers chose us. It was how he presented himself that we now have a home. Our Home of Memories. I would describe our experience working with Daniel in purchasing a house and selling our condo as white glove and cruise control. Every step of the process, he was attentive, quick to respond via text, phone, or email, was always one step ahead of us in the process, and professional. Our condo had some challenges with location, layout, and market timing, but Daniel strategized to present it in the most attractive light and we were able to sell at listed price. He was very patient, active in open houses, and encouraging throughout the entire process making it as least stressful as possible for us. When purchasing, he was available same day to accompany us to view any property and gave us sound advice based on his extensive experience. We were competing with another offer and he assisted us in winning the bid to enable us to purchase our perfect forever home. Daniel did an excellent job of finding out what our needs and desires were and working hard to provide just the right service. He did a large amount of research and assisted us in every way possible to find the home that was right for our family. He proved himself to be very knowledgeabe as well as wise enough to research areas in which he was unsure. We received excellent information from him throughout the entire process. Our move was more complicated than some because we were moving from out-of-state. Daniel kept us well informed of details along the way and did everything possible to make it as easy as possible. We absolutely made the right decision in selecting Daniel. He made himself available whenever we needed something but was never "pushy" in any regard. We greatly appreciated the good and open communication that he provided. The most important thing that we can say is that Daniel is a man of highest integrity and character.
