I would describe our experience working with Daniel in purchasing a house and selling our condo as white glove and cruise control. Every step of the process, he was attentive, quick to respond via text, phone, or email, was always one step ahead of us in the process, and professional. Our condo had some challenges with location, layout, and market timing, but Daniel strategized to present it in the most attractive light and we were able to sell at listed price. He was very patient, active in open houses, and encouraging throughout the entire process making it as least stressful as possible for us. When purchasing, he was available same day to accompany us to view any property and gave us sound advice based on his extensive experience. We were competing with another offer and he assisted us in winning the bid to enable us to purchase our perfect forever home. We are so happy to have had Daniel as our realtor in both transactions and recommend him without hesitation. My one tip is to trust his experience and recommendations!
