We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Tony. He knows the bay area housing market inside out. We were in two minds deciding to sell our house, but he convinced us it was the right time. He made suggestions of what we improvements we should make to the house before putting it on the market. He personally got his handy man to take care of some of the smaller fixes in the house. All throughout the negotiations and closing he has been there helping us navigate. He also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. Tony brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. We received 20+ offers, thanks in large part to Tonys incredible work in staging and marketing skills. We feel we have a trustworthy agent, as well as a friend!

Highly recommend Tony! He goes above and beyond to find our perfect home. Throughout the search process he accommodates our work schedule to see homes outside of open house hours and even goes as far as video a walkthrough if we couldnt make a showing. He provides valuable insights to each home and his expertise in pointing out factors in each house was extremely helpful in deciding if the house was a fit. His skills in swiftly and efficiently closing a house really showed when he was able to drive the closing process of our dream home with a short closing period. He was able to hurdle us over challenges like trying to close over holiday period when not all parties are readily available. He put us with his contacts who like him are high performing and dedicated working over time and outside normal work hours just to help us close on a house. Even though it may be overwhelming during closing time, Tony always took the time to make sure we never felt overwhelmed and explained anything and everything that we were unclear.
