What can be said about a person that looks you in the eyes and tells you how he is going to do his jobs and then does it flawlessly. I can't express how impressed my wife and I were with the way Terennce and his team worked. When we had a question they had an answer, when we needed something they got it done, when they needed something they didn't hesitate to ask. The drive, attitude, professionalism and overall teamwork that he provides is 5 stars all day long. After the bad taste that was left in our mouths from going with the wrong agent in the early part of the selling season here, he came to the table with a plan and a backup. He came through in the time that we needed and with an offer above what we were asking in end of a season. I can't say enough about how he blessed us with his hard work. Thanks Terrence and TM5

I have known Terrence Murphy to be the ultimate hard-working, overachieving, goal-accomplishing, self-sacrificing, intensely-focused man on a mission since I first met, interviewed and befriended him as a freshman football player at Texas A&M. His determination and work ethic propelled him to superstar status at A&M and allowed him to play at an elite level in the NFL. He is one of my all-time favorite players at A&M because of how hard he worked, his upbeat attitude and his team-oriented focus. Now, he channels that same level of drive, resolve and commitment to his real estate efforts. He is a man of great faith, character, integrity, honesty and class. Not only does he talk the talk; he also walks the walk. Against some rather long odds because of the timing when we placed our home on the market, T-Murph sold hour house for MORE than we originally discussed. I absolutely loved working with him and words dont really do justice to how strongly I would recommend him to my friends. Hes the best. Period.
