From our experience, first time buyers, we can not say enough about Terrilynn; in fact, no words could capture the passion she puts into efforts as a realtor. She responded to our questions with answers we needed, not necessarily directly as asked; shepherding us through the process with little need to stress too much. Her attention to detail is praise worthy as it was integral to the type of property we purchased. Everything was sorted out prior to final financing approval; that in itself was a bear, but she assured us all the hoops we were jumping through were typical; she was right, there was nothing to worry about. She is no nonsense when advocating for your interests and aims to win - who wouldn't want that type of agent on their side when searching for, or attempting to sell a home!? Yes, that was rhetorical. You will have made a great decision, go with Terrilynn and her stellar team!

Theres sooooo many good things I could say about Terrilynn Kelley, but Ive narrowed it down to the 3 most important things. 1) Straightforward & Polite: Terrilynn really helped me prioritize my needs and wants, keeping my budget in mind. Sometimes it required being very frank with me b/c I wanted to push the limit financially, but Terrilynn helped me realize what was truly important so that I could buy SMART. She is very polite and sweet as well! 2) Always available: No matter what time of the day it was, Terrilynn would answer her phone or respond to a text. She gave me a heads up when she had other meetings or wouldnt be available (which was rare). 3) Knowledgable, Great Negotiator: Terrilynn knows a LOT about DC, having lived here for years at one point. She helped me hone in on specific areas of interest, and advised me of any and all red flags. When it came time to negotiate the purchase, she was tough and persistent! My financing was solid, but could have been better compared to other buyers. Still, she was able to finalize a deal within 24 hours!I cant express how thankful I am to have had her as my agent in purchasing my first home. I highly recommend using Terrilynn to help with your purchase or sale of a home!
