After my house was on the market with another broker for 3months with no offers I decided to take it off the market for 30days. I dreaded the process that entailed the sale of my house due to the prior experience with family members and other brokers. I then got referred to Jessica Tindell and let me tell you that it was the best decision I could have made. Within 2 days we had multiple offers! This transaction/process couldnt have gone any better. Jessicas extent knowledge with the market in my neighborhood (St. Johns, North Portland) and in whole was very obvious. She not only gave recommendations but educated me on listing price. My first appointment with Jessica was at the house and she was well prepared with comps, contract and information on what to expect if we decide to go with her. From beginning to end the process with Jessica was a very smooth and best of all stress free. Jessica was very attentive and responsive. She will not let you hanging with questions or feeling uneasy about something. A lot of our communications were though e-mail and she was always quick to respond. Always provided time for questions and never made me feel that my time was any less valuable than hers. I am very thankful to have worked with Jessica Tindell. She is very respectful and responsible. I will be sure to recommend her and her team to all my family member & friends.
