Heather is by far the most competent realtor I have ever worked with. I have dealt with a good handful of real estate professionals over the course of my life, and until I worked with Timm Associates, did not have a very high opinion of the profession. All contacts with her firm were highly professional, accommodating to our needs and schedule, and centered towards finding us the home that would truly best meet our needs. Even more importantly, the firm conducted business with us, and those sellers they represented with honesty and transparency.Heather in particular went out of her way to track down every single home that might meet our needs and price range. She was highly knowledgeable about each town/ village we considered, and brought up all issues/ concerns she saw with each property we looked at to insure we understood both the pros and the cons of each. She was very patient as we looked at more than a dozen homes, weighed our options, and put in a couple of offers on the one we liked most. Unfortunately, we discovered upon closer inspection that home had some issues, and we couldn't proceed to a sale as we felt the repairs were too costly given the seller's price expectations. Heather pushed on despite the false start, and we eventually identified the right home, though outside our price range. Heather helped us frame our offer and counter offer and worked with the seller's representatives to bring the sale within our reach. Heather was highly responsive at every juncture, and was very helpful in terms of identifying other well-respected service providers for assistance with financing to snow removal. We could not be more pleased with the home we purchased, the service we received from Heather and Timm Associates, and the overall home search and purchase experience. I will definitely use them again the next time I undertake a real estate transaction!
