Kim's service was excellent. She was very professional, listen to our needs and desire,and responded accordingly.We were relocating from another state and were only available on weekends to view homes. Kim made sure that she had a number of homes for us to view on those days. She even made herself available during some of her scheduled personal time. Kim helped guide us through all of the details involved in the home buying process. On the day of settlement as we arrived at the home that we were about to purchase we immediately had a flat tire. Kim called her husband to help out with the situation and ensured that we were at settlement on time. Subsequent to settlement Kim continues to show that she thought of us as more than a transaction. She sends inspirational notes and even left a little token of hospitality in our doorway. It is with out a doubt that If we ever get involved in another real estate transaction that we want Kim Simpson to be our agent.
