Hi all,In the beginning of the summer of 2012, I was in the market for a new home. I was referred to Kim Simpson by a friend of mine. Buying a home takes so much time and effort. I spent practically my entire summer and fall looking at various houses on weekends and many evenings, and sometimes during the weekend day. Kim was with me every step of the way. I truly dont know how she did it. We had appointment after appointment. Some houses we visited twice....God Bless her. I wasn't real sure what I wanted at first but still she stuck with me until I was able to figure it out and find the right place. I bid on 4 houses. I lost 3....one less than 12 hours before making settlement (not anything on my end but an issue with the developer). The house I settled on was one that Kim had notified me about. When she said I need to see the house right away, I was on it within hours. It was truly the best choice for me. By then I think Kim had an idea of what I wanted and what my needs were. She was patience, reliable, professional, very knowledgeable in the work she did. She worked with my mortgage company, my settlement attorneys, and helped me handle the monkey wrenches that we encountered along the way in this process (and we encountered the unusual). My experience working with Kim was nothing short of excellent. Buying a house is huge, and I could not have asked for a better realtor to help me handle that decision. I would recommend Kim highly to anyone serious about buying property.
