Thanks to Heidi, my home sold within one week of listing - for asking price. I was selling the home on behalf of my sister who had passed away several years ago. It was not a quick or easy process for me and Heidi was compassionate and patient, but firm, clear and always professional with her recommendations and guidance. She was realistic and did not over promise and I trusted her throughout the process. What also impressed me is Heidi's knowledge of real estate and willingness to teach me along the way - I ask a lot of questions and she patiently and expertly explained all the rules and procedures. She knows the industry, the laws and has good resources and contacts. This sale was a bit more work due to probate rules and trusts, but she and the escrow company guided me through and I felt well represented throughout. Her guidance in preparing the home was invaluable - the pictures looked great and the house showed well thanks to her suggestions. We had a ton of interest right away. I started the process last year (2017) and got sidetracked with work and family, then picked it up again this spring 2018. Heidi stuck with me and never pressured me - but when it was 'go-time' she was rock steady and made everything happen right away.
