We worked with Maribeth on two occasions in 2017. First, between February and May, she helped us turn over our Uncle's home, as he had just passed away. Maribeth was instrumental in turning the home over quickly, and at a very good price. Then, almost immediately after, our father's health took a turn, which forced him into assisted living, necessitating the sale of his home. In both cases, Maribeth provided excellent research, guidance, and marketing strategy. Beyond that, she is a personable, caring individual who "gets" a client's circumstances and concerns, is amazingly responsive, and provides absolutely professional assistance in all matters related to preparation and sale of a home. She will be our first call if we should ever have need of such assistance in the future. We definitely lucked out finding her.

My brother contacted Maribeth on the recommendation of a friend and it turned out to be one of the best decisions he could have made. My brother needed to leave Massachusetts and return to Ohio. His house, however, was not ready for sale and he had neither the time or financial means to do everything needed. Maribeth held an initial meeting with him and immediately made him feel both comfortable and encouraged that - with the right changes and modifications - a quick and profitable sale could occur within 45 days. Maribeth spoke with me about the changes, costs and we made the necessary addendum to the sale contact that would make my brother and I feel more confident and secure with the plan. My brother drove away from Massachusetts leaving his house in her very skilled hands. Major cleanup, updates and repairs were then made within the promised 45 days enabling the house to be presented and sold very quickly. Maribeth is a highly attentive agent who responded to all of our phone calls and emails immediately. She kept us informed about the updates of the project which made both my brother and I feel very confident that the sale was going to happen on time. Neither of us ever felt neglected or unimportant. Maribeth was honest in her assessment of the changes that were needed to attract the right buyers, her estimated costs and choices in work teams. Subsequently, the house had multiple offers and sold within 3 days of it's listing. Again, I highly recommend Maribeth Lynch and Thrive Realty to anyone looking to sell (or buy) a home. She is, hands down, a wonderful project manager and Realtor who ensures the customer feels positive and will get the "top dollar" on their sale.
