Two showings, Two offers!!!! What more can I say? Tena was available to answer questions and guide us as we prepared our home for listing. Her attention to detail from ideas on staging, to the wording of the description, to the timing of the pictures to make sure the sun was positioned in the sky to show the home at its best she was on top of the situation. When you have a question, you call Tena directly, you don't need to go through an office, the same goes for agents interested in showing your home. She is available to sooth nerves as needed. She works to make the process as easy and least invasive as possible while being responsive to the needs of the sellers, the buyer and the buyer's agent.Tena was so comfortable to work with and seemed to make everything uncomplicated, taking the stress out of the sell. The ethics and professionalism she used in conducting business was much appreciated. A very positive experience. I would certainly use Tena again and recommend her for the sale of your home.
