My homebuying process took roughly three months, and Brent was there for every aspect of it. Even weeks after closing, he's stayed in touch and asked us how things are going at the new house. The thing that impressed me most about Brent is that he wasn't pushy. The whole process was zero pressure. He treats people the way he wants to be treated. What he lacks in expertise(and this is only because he's only a few years into the business), he makes up for in hard work and tenacity. If I needed to know what region of Italy the granite from a countertop was dug up from he probably wouldn't know off the top of his head-- but he'd do whatever it took to find out. When it came time to make an offer, he listened to what we had to work with and what we were willing to offer on the house. After that, he gave us his input based on experience. I took his advice, and we did better overall than if I'd gone with my initial offer. He was always quick to respond and I never felt like I was waiting around to hear from him. If Brent's still in the business when I shop for my next home down the line, he'll be my first phone call.
