I had never met Mark Pohl before hiring him to list my house for sale. I spent several weeks researching Realtors in the area. If you are looking for someone who lives and breathes selling your home or finding you a home this is the guy. I know I called Mr. Pohl over 20 times during the course of selling my home. These calls were on weekends and some well after 5 pm. I can only recall two times Mr. Pohl did not immediately answer my call. These two calls were returned within minutes. We knew of Mark (through his reputation) helping people sell homes because he offers numerous options for homes in various price ranges.Mark Pohl, took our offer to the home seller immediately to the home they wished to sell. They requested some time to think the offer over because it was nearing Christmas.Mark Pohl, stayed in communications with us (I never had to call him for updates) on his cell phone as the negotitions progressed, The sells of the property had some medical situations to contend with that required special arrangements.Mark Pohl, assisted the sell with special arrangements with their bank.
