I have never sold a home before and was absolutely intimidated by the process and concerned that any real estate agent I worked with would not have time to concentrate on my home due to the busy market. I was also worried that my starter home would not be as important to her as some of the other bigger homes she was working on. I was WRONG! Christy Chandler is so experienced and actually cared about everything I had to say. Her knowledge helped us realize when to stop putting money into the house to sell. In 2 days, I believe we had 30+ offers, I have no idea how she kept everything straight, but she did. She kept in constant communication with us, making sure we understood everything. She never rushed anything and answered all of my questions, even the ones I thought were dumb. She is knowledgeable about the ever changing market, what makes houses sell, and the communities where she sells, but most of all, she is one of the kindest, most respectful people that I have ever dealt with. She makes you feel like you are her only client. She will definitely be the real estate agent we work with again when we sell the house we are currently in. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
