I had listed my unique property, a log cabin off the grid, a couple years ago for a one year listing with another real estate company with not one contact and for several months recently on my own with few serious inquiries. I was skeptical to do a listing with a real estate agent again having previously had bad experiences. Am I ever glad I took the leap.
