Michelle recently helped my girlfriend and I to buy our dream home on a beautiful lake in upstate NY. From the very beginning of the process, Michelle was very eager to help us out and treated us as if we were VIP clients, never rushing us or causing us a delay. Michelle was the most responsive agent I have ever worked with. She would always call or e-mail back within a few hours (usually within minutes) if we had a question throughout the process. Michelle was also excellent at managing the "behind the scenes" work such as dealing with the seller's agent, home inspector, the lender, and closing attorneys that can typically cause much stress during the process. Michelle's proactive approach saved us time, effort and tension, affording us more time to focus on fun things like interior design and decorating. My girlfriend and I both agree that we would love to work with Michelle again if we are ever looking to buy or sell (however I don't think we will ever sell this gem), and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to do the same. Michelle will offer you friendly service while working enthusiastically to help you achieve your goal, whether that is buying or selling.

I had listed my unique property, a log cabin off the grid, a couple years ago for a one year listing with another real estate company with not one contact and for several months recently on my own with few serious inquiries. I was skeptical to do a listing with a real estate agent again having previously had bad experiences. Am I ever glad I took the leap.
