We first contacted Amy to look at a house we were interested in even though we were not sure we would even qualify for a loan. Even though we told her this, she still arranged a showing immediately. Unfortunately, we were unable to proceed with the home process due to some complications and had to wait three months before qualifying for a loan. Amy was very gracious and asked if she could check back with us in a few months. Amy did indeed contact us around the time we were beginning to look at homes again. Amy was very knowledgeable about the area and she listened to what we were looking for. She showed us approximately 30 homes in two weeks. Amy only showed us homes we could afford and homes that matched our wants. Amy didn't try to show us homes out of our comfort point even though she knew we qualified for a more expensive home. Amy was flexible and worked around OUR schedule which was important, as I had limited time to look. Amy never seems bothered by our endless questions, phone call or emails and responds usually within hours. My husband and I would recommend Amy to anyone including our friends and family, she has made this experience easy and actually fun. We would definitely use Amy as our Realtor in the future. I hope we are approved for the house we have an offer on but if not Amy will be the one who we choose to continue our search.
