We have sought out and gladly worked with Ryan Hill three times now on home sales and purchases in Northwest Arkansas, specifically in Fayetteville. We originally found him online. And, while selling and buying a house is never a complete joy, Ryan's grasp of the entire housing ecosystem and humorous, no-nonsense style often made it nearly so. During the other, more stressful points in the process, we could always rely completely on his guidance and unique skills in speaking with other realtors, builders, lenders and owners, even with some frantic or excited texting after traditional business hours. My wife and I pretty frequently had some really bad ideas, such as lowering the price of our house at the wrong time or buying a new home from a problematic builder in the area, and we're grateful Ryan stood his ground and talked us through why these were bad decisions. We also feel incredibly knowledgeable ourselves now about so much of the process through his patient explanations and hand-holding throughout. He is adept at being an extreme advocate for his clients while still able to collaborate and deal effectively with those on all sides of the transaction. Importantly, Ryan has lived in the area a long time and sees every corner and street with the eye of a realtor, and when combined with the fact that he also used to be a loan officer at his own mortgage company, he brings a perspective of the whole transaction process. For us, bringing it all into perspective and getting the deals done was critical and we're big fans. Ryan is absolutely the only choice.
