Donna was fantastic every set of the way. She did a great job pulling sales prices of other homes in our area and helping us decide on a sales price that would get us top dollar while still moving the house quickly. In addition she worked with all our contractors in getting the house ready for sale. We had already moved out of state and she was always available to meet with contractors on our behalf. When the folks that put the first offer on the house started asking for very strange requests she steered us out of that offer and into a solid offer from well qualified buyers. She was there with us right through closing making sure every I was dotted and T was crossed. I cannot express how very much I appreciated her efforts and would suggest that if you have not signed a realtor under contract, call Donna and get her on your team. You will be extatic with the outcome.
