Wow! Ryan was INCREDIBLE. I met him after working with another realtor that I was not happy with. Ryan impressed me from the very beginning. He understood exactly what I was looking for, an investment home that would be owner occupied in the beginning. I expressed interest in multi-family units and Ryan went ABOVE AND BEYOND by downloading tax records and proactively reaching out (cold calling) to owners of multi-family units to try and put together an off market deal, as the supply of units on the market was very limited. I was blown away by his drive and ambition on this front.I ended up finding a great property in Jacksonville Beach, and we put in an offer within hours of it hitting the market. Unfortunately there were multiple other offers, which happened to be cash offers. However, Ryan was able to work his magic and convince the sellers agent to accept our offer. He was incredible to work with throughout the entire process, sharing his knowledge from his own experiences investing in real estate. We closed the deal within 30 days. Ryan has been helpful even after the deal has closed, checking in on me to see how everything is going and recommending professionals such as plumbers etc. when an issue arises. I will definitely be using Ryan in the future as I grow my portfolio and would strongly recommend him. If you want a charismatic realtor who is going to HUSTLE for YOU, Ryan is your man. He will go the extra mile to make deals happen that most other realtors would never even consider.

I am a realtor's nightmare. I had ONE piece of property to sell; I live out of state and I won't be buying another one soon. This is a one time thing on a lower end property. I am not a big deal, nor am I a cash cow... I had it listed with another agent for months and nothing. Zip. Nada. Someone recommended Ryan. Within 24 hours Ryan had gone to the property - gotten inside, sent me pictures and videos and recommended a long list of very inexpensive things (that made sense) - quick repairs that would make it sell quickly.
