Emily Farthing is a consummate professional! Prior to my trip, she sent me multiple listings to review. Once I decided which I wanted to see, she set up appointments encompassing two days in advance of my trip so as not to waste my limited time. She picked me up at my Inn promptly each morning. She had the additional information on each listing in a folder for me in the order that we were going to view the homes, and even brought me bottled water to make the car ride more enjoyable. She was attentive to my needs, stopped for coffee and lunch and answered all of my questions honestly. She is very knowledgeable regarding the general area and it's attractions and gave me some insights into mountain living that proved invaluable to me in making my decision. I would absolutely recommend Emily Farthing as a top notch Realtor and I should know as I'm a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida. Emily's the best!!!!
