Stormont is a great name for this team. They attack their job like a Cat-4 hurricane that's gaining speed. After watching the condo next door wallow in rejected short-sale offers for years, I thought that selling my condo was going to involve overpriced renovations and a lot of waiting. Then Lauren sold my condo on its the second day on the market. We did have to prepare. But that was the real trick, Lauren got us the best advice on what to do to get our place to sell. It was a lot less than I had imagined.Rich took over the buying phase and gave us tremendous advice and insight about the area where we wanted to move. And he's a total wiz when it comes to the bones and organs of a house. He helped me decipher every pipe, drain, wire, and vent. And then we really put him to work; we had a difficult situation that delayed our closing, which made an already volatile seller even more more difficult. Rich and Lauren kept the deal alive, helped us identify and fight the important battles and get into our home.
