Many relators want to show you few homes, do minimal work, and make a nice buck. NOT Debbie Maas. People say they love their job, and that she does. Since we my family and I moved here 3 years ago, we have had three relators. Debbie is the first relator I have met that is selfless, dedicated, and truly cares about her clients. She was determined to find my family the perfect house. My husband and I felt bad because we called Debbie every day, emailed constantly, and she never got annoyed and was happy to keep sending us listings and drive 40 mintues across town to show us more houses. She is kind, honest, and an AMAZING relator. I would DEFINATELY reccomend her to any and everyone I know that is looking for a relator/rental agent. Debbie has three attributes that I feel are essential in reality. She has a wonderul positive attitude, perserverance, and as your relator/rental agent she is definately committed. I cannot say enough good things about her she is just truly the best!!!!! Debbie truly made our house hunting experience pleasant. I totally wish she had been reccomended to us when we moved here. Another great thing about Debbie is that she is easy to get a hold of and punctual! If she says she will do something or meet you at a property at a certain time,SHE DOES. Whether you email, text, or call her, you get a response almost immediately! Debbie is amazing, dedicated, motivated, outgoing, and provided us a wonderful stressfree experience! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND HER!!!!!! We are military, when we first moved here we did the USAA thing where they find you a relator. The guy we had was horrible and unfriendly. When we chose to sell our house, we have a young relator that I feel does not know what the heck he is doing most of the time, his communication is horrible,and he is very mind boggled and unorganized. I felt like I was doing his job most of the time. These two experiences were horrible and frustrating. We just recently sold our house and were told we had a couple weeks to find a house and move. Debbie as I stated was reccomended to us and when we called, she immidiately sent us several listins and did everything she could within her realm to help us find a home in less than 3 days. We are just so pleased with her service and assistance I cant say enough good things!!!! USED DEBBIE MAAS!!!! When we relocate, I want to take her with us to help us find a place to live =)

Alexandra Jones was a an absolute PEREFECT agent for us. She worked tirelessly on ultimately getting the dream home we wanted in the Spring Valley / Southwest area. Not only did she get us in to the home we wanted, she researched long hours and meticulously thought out the offer we should present. She discussed every step and how we would come in with a competitive offer. Her professionalism and work ethic is for other agents to emulate. I would call and text her at odd hours of the mornings and nights while browsing homes on the websites and finding homes that interested us. She responded right away with a text message or phone call. In this day and age where purchasing a home and putting in an offer in a timely manner counts.
