Karen Hoffman-Lancaster SC. Sharon Snipes walked in my front door and had nothing but negative remarks to make. She stated that "the internet would sell my house." She did not even tour my home that day (at all), but was quick to suggest a low ball selling price. My gut instinct was that this realtor was not going to represent me or my house very well. When Sharon communicates it is through text messages, email, or not at all. I pretty much got the not at all. If you want to do all the work yourself and just need someone to list you on the MLS, then Sharon Snipes is the realtor for you. She was quick to show up for closing, but she did not review any of the closing process with me, not even when and where closing would take place. I personally cannot recommend her services as a real estate agent. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered with a "real estate professional."
