James is a fun, knowledgable, and honest agent. We would HIGHLY recommend him. We originally met James by chance when we were searching for a townhome to rent for a year when we moved to the area. James was the listing agent on one of the houses we wanted to tour, but when he offered to help us with our search it was a god-send. He worked with our schedule to arrange tours and he made the experience fun. We had such a great time with James that when we decided to buy a house this year he was our first phone call! As our buyers agent, James was on top of everything! He was always quick to respond, and went out of his way to get us in to see places as soon as possible -- even reaching out to seller agents of places that were Coming Soon to see if it was possible to get the first possible tour -- even before open houses. When we finally had an offer accepted, James was our personal hero dealing with a difficult, un-communicative selling agent. He went to bat for us even after our closing date when we had an unforeseen issue arise. Since meeting James we honestly consider him one of the friendliest people we have ever met -- he even frequently texts/call us just to see how were doing and settling into the neighborhood. We cant wait for the end of the COVID pandemic so we can host him and his family for a dinner in our new home.
