Gary and his team did an amazing job assisting me with what can only be described as a difficult sale and closing from all sides. We received an offer just shortly before my departure for a new job in Hong Kong and had to hustle to address punch list items, complete some remodeling work, secure inspections with the town and pack up entire home for a transatlantic move. We hit many bumps in the road including an unexpected chimney repair and water heater inspection that required coordinating contractors and a new inspection in the 11th hour. Throughout it all Gary and his team were incredibly responsive and dealt with my middle of the night texts, calls and emails. They went above and beyond to ensure that closing happened on time and in the process kept me sane! Special hats off to Bonnie O'Keefe for dropping mail off for me, meeting inspectors at 7am and calling in special requests with contractors (with a preferred discount by the way) at a moments notice. This is my 2nd time working with the Silberstein Group (1 buying/1 selling) and they are a reliable, honest and customer focused team that will make sure you are well protected throughout the entire buying or selling process.
