I strongly would like to recommend to hire Jackie Baker as a buyer agent for next home purchasers especially if they are first time home purchasers because Jackie is proactive and efficient in what she is doing. Also, she did reply on text messages for any questions i had. Ive gotten a contact with her on October 5th and she could schedule to see the first house on October 7th. She could effectively schedule 4-5 properties within my budget ranges in same one day even though I had a very tight schedules. Ive finally found a house on October 10th and unbelievably could submit the best offer with helps of her within 2 days. She also helped me getting best decisions throughout the entire home buying process till the closing. She is always leading for following up with listing agent, seller, mortage person and attorney.
