I am a real estate agent myself so when I called Janie to inquire on a home for my daughter to reside in in Truckee, I had all intentions of representing our side if we decided to purchase a home there. Janie was the listing agent and suggested I speak to Kristi who is from her team and works primarily with buyers since I wasnt from the area and had lots of questions. After speaking to Kristi, I agreed it was in our best interest to be represented considering I am not a resident of Tahoe nor am I familiar with all of the neighborhoods and HOAs. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldnt change a thing. Kristi went over and above her call of duty when I was concerned with the parking arrangements. She and several of her coworkers drove over to see if all of their cars would fit in the driveway since this particular HOA had strict parking policies. Kristi was also very responsive and helpful arranging a few of the inspections and/or getting additional quotes during our due diligence process. I would definitely recommend Kristi to anyone looking to buy a home in the Tahoe area :-) Thank you again for helping to make our experience a very positive one!!! We look forward to eventually making Tahoe our primary residence and would love to work with her again.
