I cannot reccomend Rob enough. He is polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and motivated. Each decision I needed to make on my home buying process was presented to me with ample time to consider what I really thought was best. I never felt rushed, I never felt like I didn't know where I was in the process. He checked in with me frequently, even if it was just to let me know that everything was on track and ask if I had any new concerns. Rob's average response time to any correspondence from me was less than 30 minutes! The lender he recommended was similarly amazing too! Rob is a native to the Pacific Northwest and it shows. He is extremely familiar with the area and can answer just about anything! The best part is that he is a skilled negotiator. He knows what to ask for and can tell you the likelihood that you can press for something with 100% accuracy. I got the deal of a century on an amazing place and I never once doubted it was the best anyone could have done. If you are lucky enough to hire Rob, you're getting the best.
