We never could have expected as much efficiency and success in a home purchase as we experienced with Nicole. The home we were able to find and purchase matched the highest hopes and expectations that we had when we first started the process. In addition, we couldn't have imagined obtaining closure on the property as soon as we did -- the process was a very fast one. Nicole was always more than pleasant, and she was able to give us every bit of information we needed and to clearly and promptly answer all of our questions. She knew the area in and near Lake Stevens very well, which ensured that her opinions and assessments of the various properties, locales, and neighborhoods we considered were accurate and complete. She was always quite clear on what steps we should take next and also what to do given certain contingencies that arose. I was consistently surprised at the fast telephonic, email, or text response we received from her, including during after-business hours. She was confident in letting her selling realtor counterpart know what we wanted and efficient in obtaining the latest status updates that needed to be obtained from the selling realtor.
