I had my unit on the market for sale by owner and was very reluctant to use a real estate agent. Tamera listened carefully to my concerns about contracting with a real estate agent, and responded specifically to each one. Her manner from the beginning has been straightforward, friendly, and honest. At each stage of contracting and negotiating, she listened carefully to what I said and was a solid advocate for me. She clearly stated that it was her goal for me to be happy with this transaction and that she wanted to know what it would take to ensure that was the case. She is efficient and moves quickly. When the first contract fell through at the last minute because the buyer could not obtain financing, Tamera made sure the unit was immediately back on the market and being actively marketed. In addition, her team is excellent. Her administrative support (Crystal) is friendly and proactive, and the person working on the paperwork details (Iva) is extremely knowledgeable and personally supportive. This team combined provided an excellent experience for me.
