Tim was fantastic! My wife and I were first time home buyers and Tim helped us through the process every step of the way making it a smooth experience. Tim was not only very knowledgeable, but he was great at making us feel comfortable at very busy open houses and showings in a competitive market. His knowledge of homes and attention to detail was also impressive; at every home we visited he pointed out several often overlooked details for us to look at and take into consideration before making an offer.Tim's team is also great - if he had a scheduling conflict, his team was ready and willing to step in to assist in showing us a property. Tim was very responsive and clear with his communications. He was quick to respond with any questions we had or additional details we requested.
