I was a first time home buyer who just happened to be matched with John when I inquired about a home on Zillow. Couldn't have been luckier to get paired with John. He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire home buying process and willing to answer any question honestly, no matter how trivial of a question it may be. A huge plus is John's background in home repairs and renovations. With this background, he is very quick to spot small details in a house (positive or negative) that others would walk right past. I appreciated his honesty when pointing out issues in homes we looked at. He isn't a realtor that is just out to get you into any house so he can cash his check. John wouldn't hesitate to tell you when a house is not worth asking price or to tell you to just walk away from a house. He's very patient and more than willing to look at numerous homes until you find the perfect fit. I also appreciated how available he was. Willing to look at houses at any time of day, even on weekends. I'll definitely be recommending John to any friends and family looking to purchase a home in the area and I'll be giving him a call if I ever decide to sell my house in the future!
