Not being a Maine resident at the time, I randomly called Christys office looking for help in purchasing a home in Maine. It was my Lucky Day, because she ended up being the Best at what she does! Christys availability was seemingly unlimited; always willing to be flexible to fit a reasonable request. Years ago I had a not-so-good experience with an Agent in NH... but Christy restored my Faith... there are Truly Honest and Kind-Hearted Agents out there! Not only did Christy get me the Home I always wanted, but she suggested... and attained, a discounted price that I had not even realized was a Good Offer! Sometimes we can lose sense of what is the ACTUAL value of a home (due to our emotions taking control), Christy was the logical, common sense for me when needed! Without her input and honesty, I know the Home of My Dreams would belong to another buyer... but fortunately for me, Christy was on MY Team!!! Thanks Christy!!! You are The BEST!!!

Corey has been amazing throughout the process of buying this house. We did everything long distance, as we live in Texas, and thanks to Corey, the process was easy, fast, and totally stress free. He has been honest and knowledgeable and told us immediately if he thought the property was not a good match for us or if it was - like this one - and advised us on what the next steps would be - making the offer, etc. I felt that he is very knowledgeable of the market and the profession. He volunteered to take videos of the properties we were interested in, so we could just watch them when we could & answered any questions we have afterwards. He has always responded to my texts quickly and answered all my questions (lots of them), even going out of his way to help me with questions about things (like utilities) that were not something a realtor would do. I would recommend Corey to everyone I know and I would use him again if we decide to purchase another property in Maine. Thank you Corey. We really appreciate you.
