Well, I can tell you this one definitely comes from the heart. I met KayLee through the mutual friends. We quickly bonded as she was growing her real estate journey. My husband and I had wanted to buy a home for YEARS, but the market just wasnt quite right. When we finally decided we enlisted KayLee for help. In the beginning stages, not only was she extremely helpful, diligent and professional, it felt like she was actually finding us a home instead of selling us a home. As this was my first home at age 39 and my husbands second. We felt like we got a late little start, but hey, better late than never right. We were not quite in an ideal living situation and for our peace of mind and sanity a home was a TOP priority. Rewind to the first step in the process. I am an only child and my father was my biggest cheerleader and supporter in finding a new home. He was offering to help us move and a handful of other things, and he couldnt be more proud to see the start of our next chapter. Approximately three weeks info our home buying journey, my dad unexpectedly passed away. I had to leave out of state to handle affairs and I was a wreck. So much paperwork so many phone calls I didnt know how I was going to get through it all. KayLee got on the phone with me and told me to take as much time as I needed. She consoled me, shared stories and assured me that she would make it work. My dad knew that this was such a critical step to moving out of out toxic environment. My husband and I ended up closing at the end of June. My dad passed away May 1st. It has not been the easiest ride, but having someone who genuinely cares makes all the difference. She gave me time, space, assurance, and picked me up when I was falling down. My dad always gave the best hugs, and he definitely would have given you a big one for this Ms. Dowd!!
