Meaghann helped us find our first home in AZ! We just recently moved from out of state and had been renting in our neighborhood. We quickly decided we wanted to buy a house in our current neighborhood and didnt want to look anywhere else. Meaghann did not try to pressure us into looking other places, she simply and confidently told us she would find us a home here and that she did. We loved working with her because on top of her professional expertise in this arena, she felt more like a friend than a realtor. She was honest, up front and let us know what to expect each step along the way. We ran into a bump near the end (on financing side not hers) and she went above and beyond to make sure we got the home we had fallen in love with. We appreciate people who care more about the relationships they create through these transactions rather than the money they put in their pockets. We cannot recommend Meaghann enough, she will take care of you and get the job done. Whenever we do decide to sell she will be our first phone call and we know she will always be there to answer any questions we may have along the way.

There's only one thing you need to know about Meaghann; YOU WANT HER REPRESENTING YOU!I will never recommend another real estate agent to anyone I know! There is no way to put into words how amazing Meaghann is, how much money she made us on BOTH sales of our homes, AND how much she saved us and helped us on purchasing our home.Meaghann knows her stuff, she absolutely, and accurately understands the housing market, and she knows Yuma real estate like she's been doing it for 100 years.Honestly, she's been the best part of selling and buying our homes. Her photographer is a digital magician. Our home is really nice, and looks great.
