Debbie Dimas exceeded all expectations. We were from out of area, and was directed to Debbie by a co-worker, and we are very grateful. Debbie, not knowing us at all, answered questions about homes we asked about, went and got and sent photos to us, and didnt try to push anything on us by bombarding us with emails showing homes we could never be interested in. Then, when we finally did get to Yuma, she was there for us, hands down. We were extremely impressed with her knowledge, every question was addressed and answered, she was on top of every topic we brought up. Very organized, she remembers details, and was always watching out for us as buyers. Add being a really nice person to that, and you have Debbie Dimas, she went above and beyond just showing us houses. We highly recommend her to anyone in the Yuma area, she knows her territory. You could do worse for a realtor, but you WONT do better than Debbie!

When moving from SoCal to Yuma, we needed a realtor who knew the market, area, VA process, and would work aggressively to help us buy a house almost entirely remotely. I screened numerous profiles on several apps and decided to contact Debbie Dimas. I cant say enough good about her. She gave us honest feedback about the market, buying timeline, new build vs. pre owned and showed no bias towards companies or any affiliates. She even helped us find the best lender for our situation. When it came to buying, we decided on a pre owned home. Debbie was incredibly pro active in finding homes that suited our needs/wants and was at that home for a skype showing within hours of finding it. This aggressive approach was absolutely required and appreciated in such a competitive market. Debbie also gave us great guidance on making appealing offers and certainly proves her research on the homes aEUR~history when it comes to negotiation, she will fight for your best interest and knows her stuff cold. In summary, I will certainly recommend Debbie to anyone and will use her services again when the time comes. She possesses an impressive balance of energy and experience; she works incredibly hard and proves her experience while showing no signs of professional burn out or task saturation. I highly recommend Debbie Dimas to anyone looking to buy or sell in/near Yuma.
