Jennifer goes above and beyond, and does whatever is necessary to sell your home. She even helped me move dining room furniture out to the curb to clear out the house, as it was too big and heavy for me to move it by myself. She held my hand through the whole process, and did not let me get discouraged when the buyer got demanding or kept asking for the moon. Even when the first buyer backed out at the last minute, she quickly relisted and got me $15,000 more than the first buyer was going to pay. She was available and responsive throughout, including evenings and weekends, and kept me informed every step of the way. She always asked me what I wanted to do, instead of telling me what to do, and assured me things would work out, which they did. I would recommend her to anyone, and use her again if I were in the market to buy or sell a home.
