While representation started great, soon after going under contract and post-closing, the level of service wasn't what we anticipated. Morgan was aloof and passive about a long list of issues that arise when purchasing new construction.Morgan is relatively new in the business, and at the price point we purchased, we expected an agent who, at the very least, was open to fighting for our concerns. We've bought three new homes in the past four years. Home buying and working with builders isn't new to us, but it appeared to be new ground for Morgan.At closing, we had several outstanding issues in an addendum that needed to be resolved post-closing. Morgan wasn't helpful after collecting her check, and didn't return my phone call. I wish her all the best with her career, but we will use a different realtor for future investment properties.
