Jill went above and beyond in every aspect she could. When we first came into contact I told her the tenants living at my house had become a less than ideal situation, and would prefer to sell the house. This is where I was first blown away: Jill took the reigns with her team on communication with them and handled the exchange of keys when it was time for them to leave. From there she cleaned the house, touched up the walls, and did everything necessary to prepare the house to be shown. I should mention that I do not live in Billings; all communication was done long distance. Any time I had a question or concern about the process she was available to talk, and if she wasn't 100% sure on the answer she was able to obtain the information within a few ticks of the clock. I honestly cannot believe how effortless the process of selling my home was on my part. I did absolutely nothing but sign the paperwork and answer whatever thorough questions Jill had for me. If you want a realtor who makes you feel like you are family and cared for, and not someone who is trying to just make money off of you, you should without a doubt contract with Jill Miller. Anyone I know who needs to buy or sell in Billings, MT I will be sending her way.

Della was great at everything! She was willing to put in offers that other realtors wouldn't in the past, that ultimately got me a home I felt was a good deal, which was important to me in this crazy Montana market. She was patient with me as I looked at different places that both seemed to fit what and where I first thought I wanted and places that were somewhat random compared to what I initially said I was looking for. She was great at negotiating for us and helping to coordinate inspections, professionals needed to do repairs, and even took a few things off my "to do" list at the house before moving in. As my daughter said "We don't deserve Della" because of all the kindness she showed us from start to end even when I was grumpy and overwhelmed with all of life outside of closing on a home. She really went above and beyond to make our home dreams come true and with the best attitude!
