From the moment we informed Sara that we wanted her to be our agent she jumped into high gear and immediately started helping us get our house sold. She suggested some minor updates to the house including light fixtures and paint and put us in touch with a staging company. Every time we needed a contractor to help with the work she referred us to experienced, licensed contractors who took care of it. Once we listed the house we started getting showings which soon turned into a purchase offer. We had a couple offers that fell through on the buyer's end, and both times Sara was on top of it, scheduling new showings that ultimately led to the sale within 6 weeks of listing.
